William J. Benioff was born 8 May 1919 to Anna J. Chlebnikov and George H. Benioff in San Francisco. He was the brother of Ralph Benioff (1913-1929) and Mortimer A. Benioff ( 1912-1974). He married Stella Ann Antunovich on 6 November 1942 in Reno, NV. The couple had 1 daughters but were divorced in 1947. He married Kathryn Mae Morrill January 9 1949. William and Kathryn had two children.
